If we asked you, "What is the best organization to work for?" You would undoubtedly say your organization. But if we asked you why, could you give us a reason?  


As a CEO or HR leader, it is crucial to identify why your organization is a special place to work for candidates. Maybe it's your team culture, core values, or your compelling story?

In order for future team members to be attracted to your company, you have to identify your organization's key strengths and promote those to candidates. To help facilitate that practice, we will be focusing on the following from our HIRE program: 

  • Understanding and Creating an Employee Value Proposition. (EVP)​ 
  • Onboarding and new hire orientation basics 
  • Creating an organizational culture full of purpose and passion 

INSPIRE Sampler

We know that one of the biggest challenges facing our clients today is employee retention and training. What if we told you there is a way to engage and inspire our teams to be involved in their own development and of those around them? (Yes, it’s not just a dream!) In this week’s content we’ll learn just how to do that with: 

    • Talent Pathway Planning and how it involves our Mission, Vision, and Values 
    • Using trust to build our dream team 
    • Learning how to design programs in our organization that engage and retain employees at every level 

DESIGN Sampler

Every beautiful piece of architecture starts with a strong foundation (we’ll give a pass to that leaning one in Italy), and your organization is no different.   

"But where do we start?"  

That can be a daunting question. This week get a taste of how we can help you design a strong foundation that will support your organization well into the future (no leaning involved!).

This week you’ll learn: 

    • What Project Teams are and how they are used in all types of organizations 
    • How to create Self-Managing Teams 
    • What the Service Delivery Model is and how all industries can use it. 

ENGAGE Sampler

Every organization, even those at the top of their game, can experience challenges. (Hey, even superheroes have their weaknesses!)

So, how can we face those challenges using objective data and smart defenses? In order to diagnose what is not going well, we need to engage our team.  This can be in a conversation, survey, project or specific behavior. 

Join us this week as we discover: 

  • Where to engage with our staff to diagnose what they want and need to be fulfilled in their work while achieving business outcomes. 
  • Determine what you, the organization, are willing to solve and act upon
  • Ask the right questions to get data to act on.
